Questions buyers ask before the first order

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed minimum. We take prototypes and small batches as well as annual volumes in the millions. For stamped parts the tooling cost is quoted separately, so low volumes remain workable.

How fast can you quote?

Send a STEP, DWG or PDF and you get a price within 24 hours on working days, including DFM notes on anything that would raise the cost unnecessarily.

What tolerances can you hold?

Repeat positioning within ±0.05 mm on stamped and laser-cut parts, and ±0.02 mm on CNC-machined features such as fitted holes and mating faces.

Who owns the tooling?

You do. Tooling you pay for is yours: we store it, maintain it, and will transfer it to you or another supplier on request.
