Fiber Laser Cutting
3kW–6kW fiber lasers cutting carbon steel, stainless and aluminium from 0.3 to 12 mm, with clean kerf and no secondary deburring on most contours.
Liantuo is a Ningbo-based manufacturer of precision sheet metal parts, stamped components and welded assemblies. One supplier from tooling and prototypes to volume production — with in-house laser cutting, CNC bending, stamping, welding and surface finishing.
Six in-house processes mean fewer suppliers, fewer handoffs and one team accountable for the tolerance on your drawing.
3kW–6kW fiber lasers cutting carbon steel, stainless and aluminium from 0.3 to 12 mm, with clean kerf and no secondary deburring on most contours.
Progressive and single-stage dies designed and cut in-house, running on 25–250 T presses for high-volume brackets, clips, contacts and deep-drawn shells.
Press brakes with a 3 m bed and a full tooling library. Bend allowances are simulated before the first part, so the flat pattern is right the first time.
Robotic MIG, TIG, spot and stud welding with dedicated fixtures. Complete weldments arrive assembled, with hardware inserted and ready to install.
Milling, turning and tapping for the features a press cannot make — precision bores, threads and mating faces held to ±0.02 mm.
Powder coating, zinc and nickel plating, electrophoresis, anodising, passivation and silk screen — salt-spray tested to your specification.
All parts are made to customer drawings. The categories below show what our lines are tuned for.
Cabinets, chassis and housings for controls, power and telecom equipment — welded, riveted and powder-coated.
Progressive-die parts for automotive, appliance and furniture assemblies, produced from coil at millions per year.
Cups, caps and motor housings drawn in multiple stages with controlled wall thickness and no wrinkling.
Machine frames, mounting structures and racks — fixture-welded for repeatable geometry, then finished and packed.
Terminals, shims, contacts and connector shields where flatness, burr height and plating thickness are all inspected.
Send a STEP file or a hand sketch. We do the DFM review, quote the tooling and build to your print.
Each step has a named owner and a fixed deliverable, so you always know what happens next and when.
Send STEP/DWG files. Quote returned within 24 hours, including material, process and tooling cost.
Engineers flag tight radii, thin webs and costly features, and propose changes that cut price without changing function.
Dies and fixtures built in-house in ~15 days. First articles ship with a full dimensional report.
Approved samples move to the line. SPC on critical dimensions, traceable by material lot.
AQL sampling, export packing, and FOB Ningbo — one of the largest ports in the world, 40 km from our plant.
Founded in Ningbo, Liantuo grew out of a die shop — which is why we still think in tooling first. That habit shows up as cleaner parts, fewer engineering changes, and quotes that hold. Today our 8,000 m² plant runs fiber lasers, press brakes, 25–250 T presses, robotic welding cells and a full finishing line, serving OEM customers in Europe, North America, Japan and Southeast Asia.
Making metal parts for OEM customers in China and abroad.
Cutting, stamping, welding and finishing under one roof.
Drawings in today, priced tomorrow — with a DFM note attached.
Delivery performance across the last twelve months.
Tooling costs money once; laser time costs money every part. Here is how we find the break-even for a real bracket.
Most sheet metal cost overruns are designed in, not manufactured in. These four rules catch the common ones.
Added capacity for medium-volume weldments, with a positioner that lets one operator load while the robot welds.
