Deep drawing is a process where tooling experience is worth more than machine capacity. Draw ratio, blank holder force, lubrication and inter-stage annealing all decide whether the wall thins or the flange wrinkles.
We simulate the draw sequence before cutting steel, then prove it out on soft tooling if the geometry is aggressive. Typical parts: motor housings, sensor caps, filter shells and battery cans.
